Fantastic Beach Getaway

I appreciated the quick email responses I received prior to my stay. The hotel has a lovely modern decoration. The staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. They helped with restaurant recommendations and trip bookings. The bar staff were also very attentive.
The sea view I paid extra for was partially obstructed. The sea was barely visible. The shower temperature also fluctuated, turning cold frequently.

The room was spacious and clean enough. It featured comfortable beds and a coffee machine, so it was very convenient. Cleanliness was consistent and appreciated. The staff maintained it daily.

charmed stay near the sea

big windows helpful staff good variety
i found the room was a nice size and the big windows could be opened easily. breakfast offered a good variety of options. the front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful to all guests.
the air conditioning was a bit old and the remote was not working properly.

The breakfast buffet is quite complete with fresh fruit available daily and coffee served regularly. Many guests choose the breakfast option here. i saw that breakfast included several choices. it was available each morning.

Acceptable But With Issues

unhelpful staff broken lift
The breakfast was acceptable (especially the coffee).
I found one lift out of service and staff proved unhelpful. I needed coffee, staff made me go up and down from the rooftop to the reception. This is not like a 4-star hotel at all.

rattling air conditioning non-functional safe
The location was okay, but the room was far from perfect. The air conditioning rattled all night, so it was hard to sleep. There was dust everywhere, and I found a hair in the shower. the safe didn't work, and it took hours for someone to come fix it. I found this poor considering the price.

wonderful stay near the beach

spacious room rooftop terrace quick check-in
i found the room spacious and well kept . the rooftop terrace provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. i especially appreciated the quick check-in process which took very little time and was very efficient.
the limited number of working channels on the old model tv was somewhat disappointing i hope they update it soon.
